What is the Product Exchange?
The Product Exchange is covari's marketplace for product-for-content deals. Brands send products to creators in exchange for content — no cash changes hands. It's only available to covari+ members.
When does the 5% fee get charged?
The fee is only charged when a paid deal is completed and payment is released. If a deal doesn't go through, you pay nothing. Product exchanges on covari+ have no platform fee.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 5% per side is the only platform fee on paid deals. Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30c) applies on top, and is clearly shown before you confirm any transaction.
Who pays the platform fee?
Both sides pay equally — 5% from the creator and 5% from the brand. It's simple, transparent, and fair.
Is there a minimum deal size?
No minimum. Whether it's a $50 shoutout or a $50,000 campaign, the platform works the same way with the same protections.
